Got an e-mail in my inbox this morning from Pandora with the thing all UK-based users of this service have feared: Pandora will stop streaming to the UK as of January 15th. They have been forced to isolate everyone except the UK for a while, in hopes they might still be able to work out a deal. I guess it did not work out.
Oh well, there's always Last.fm ...

CurioZities, LLC has announced the launch of their novelty website http://WorldsMostBoringWebsite.Com with the purpose of elevating "boring" to an art form.
This site is truly boring, the text is boring, the colour scheme is boring and the layout is boring. There are photo galleries of grass growing and of course there is the mandatory "this page left intentionally blank".

I can finally relax (for a while at least). My Gmail account had reached 98% at one point and e-mails kept coming in, I had to delete my old 'has:attachment' e-mails. Savant Systems introduced its Rosie coffee table at CEDIA Expo, a tabletop Surface product running Apple’s OS X and featuring all of the capabilities of Savant’s Rosie touchpanels. The user interface doesn't look like that of OS X but the table plays it content from iTunes. Thanks to CEPro for this news.
