Firefox 3.5 Has Been Released

Mozilla has released version 3.5 of their open source Firefox web browser, code named “Shiretoko”, which includes the new Trace Monkey JavaScript engine and is based on version 1.91 of the Gecko layout engine

Version 3.5 is:


  • Faster
  • Has private browsing mode
  • Can delete individual sites from our history
  • Can delete the last few hours of browsing history
  • Includes support for Open Video
  • Has location aware browsing
